Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return label and securely package your items
  5. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All tags and labels are still attached
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. After approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
