All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM IST may not be processed until the following business day.
During sale events or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay in processing your order.

We work with reputable shipping carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the nature of the products ordered.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your order details.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected. These details will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Important information regarding international shipments:
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Additionally, some items may be restricted from shipping to specific international locations due to local regulations or shipping carrier limitations.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery and, if visibly damaged, note this when signing for the package or take photos of the damaged packaging before opening.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your shipping address if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
